If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions below.

To be eligible:

• The item must be unworn and unused.

• The item must be unwashed and free from perfume, makeup, stains or other marks.

• All original tags and packaging must remain intact.

• The item must be returned in its original condition.

• The item must not have been altered, tailored or modified.

Return or exchange requests must be submitted to MaisonVarro before the item is sent back.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Tailored or altered garments

• Custom-made pieces

• Items purchased on final sale

• Gift cards

• Items that show signs of wear, washing or damage

For hygiene and product integrity, certain items may also be excluded from return or exchange where applicable.

We are happy to assist with size exchanges where the requested size is available.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution where possible.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the original item was incorrect or defective.

All exchanged items must meet the same condition requirements outlined in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect, damaged or defective item received from MaisonVarro.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

MaisonVarro currently offers selected garments in sizes S, M and L.

We understand that fit is personal, particularly with relaxed and tailored silhouettes.

If you are unsure about your size, we encourage you to contact our team before placing your order. You may provide your measurements and we will recommend the most suitable size based on the garment's intended fit.

Measurements may vary slightly between garments due to fabric, construction and production processes.

Our size recommendations are provided as guidance and cannot guarantee a particular fit based on personal preference.

Selected MaisonVarro garments may be tailored to better suit your measurements.

Tailoring is available upon request and may incur an additional charge depending on the alteration required.

Once a garment has been tailored or altered according to the customer's request, it is considered a customised item and is not eligible for return or exchange, unless the garment has a manufacturing defect.

We recommend confirming your measurements and desired fit with our team before authorising any alteration.

We carefully inspect each order before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or contains an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs or video showing the issue.

After reviewing the information, our team will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, exchange or refund.

Please do not return a damaged or incorrect item before contacting us.

Information provided during the purchasing process — including your name, contact details, shipping information and payment-related information — is used only as necessary to process your order, provide customer service and operate our business.

Payment information is processed through our designated payment providers. MaisonVarro does not store complete payment card details.
